- Purchases are shipped from our own/or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices.
- Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 5-7 working days (for Metro cities, in India), 10-15 working days (for non-Metro cities, in India) and 30-45 working days (for Metro cities, World Wide) from receipt of order and payment depending on the delivery address.
- Delivery challan/invoice attached with the product upon delivery will be required to be acknowledged and signed by you or any other person at the address of delivery mentioned by you at the time of order.
- tokiké guarantees a total customer satisfaction.
- To return any items that are defective or damaged or not as per your original order, please mail us at info@tokike.com within 48 hours from the time of delivery along with images of the delivered product and their tags/invoice for a prompt refund or replacement.
- All defective or damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unused and with box condition, otherwise the same will not be accepted by tokiké.
- You will be refunded for the product total, plus applicable sales tax paid.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Shipping, Postage and other charges for return of these products will not be refunded by us.
- Please note that tokiké do not offer exchanges or refunds on any kind of sale, opened or used products.
