Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase amount.

A : New rugs shed naturally. Do not brush or scrub the rug. Vacuum periodically, avoiding the beater brush mode. Blot spitis immediately. Do not rub the stain. If a thread comes out, do not pull the yarn. Trim it with scissors. Rotate the rug occasionally to evenly distribute wear and tear. Use protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to prevent flattening and piling. Periodic professional cleaning is recommended. Do not fold the rug. Avoid using the rug on damp or wet surfaces. Use a rug pad to prevent the rug from slipping and sliding.
