We typically dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

While 95% of our products are stocked in our inventory, sometimes we may have to source the products from our storage facility, which may cause a slight delay in your order.

Additionally, during sale events, dispatches may be delayed due to high order volumes.

However, we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days of the order date.

Once dispatched, your parcel will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Returns

You can return a product within 3 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging.

Include a picture and uncut video of the product and the invoice.

Courier the unused product to us in its original packaging.
