Returns

While we now accept returns, we strongly encourage mindful shopping to minimize unnecessary carbon emissions and resource waste.

Returns are accepted for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from the description.

However, we do not accept returns for variations in color, texture, or other visual differences that naturally occur in upcycled materials.

You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to return a product with a manufacturing defect.

After this timeframe, we cannot accept returns.

We encourage you to inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately, if you notice any issues.

Q : Material Rescue Details

A : Primary body fabric - Utility Workwear used for pockets sourced from a recycling unit. Lining - Repurposed raincoat material from a recycling unit. Adjusters - Sourced from a recycling unit. Piping - Excess material sourced from a bag manufacturing unit. Webbing 1.75 inch – Seat belts rescued and removed from cars that have done their lives and reached the scrapyard. Webbing 1" - Sourced excess stock/ cut pieces from a recycling unit. Thread - Leftover thread cones from garment, travel bag, and accessory manufacturers.

Q : PRODUCT CARE

A : We use remnant materials that are made to last and don't require regular washes. We recommend that you opt for spot clean only. For fabrics that may attract or shed lint during everyday use, consider using a lint roller to keep your item looking its best.
