Returns

ligibility for Exchange: 1.1.

You may initiate an exchange within 1 day from the date of delivery.

Please note that only items that are damaged or defective upon arrival are eligible for exchange.

The whole kit or all the contents in the kit will not be exchanged.

Initiating an Exchange: 2.1.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@kitsters.in 2.2.

Provide the order number, the reason for an exchange, and any relevant details about the product condition.

Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

2.4.

In the rare event that you receive a completely damaged or defective product, we will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, for damaged or defective products.

Return Shipping: 3.1.

Kitsters is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, except in cases where the product was not received during delivery and is an RTO.

In which case, the customer has to pay extra shipping charges for re-shipping the product.

Refunds: 4.1.

In case of a product being out of stock after the order is placed, a refund will be issued within 7 working days from the date of the order.

4.2.

In case the delivery partner is not able to service or deliver the product to the customer, a refund will be issued within 7 working days from the date of the order.
