- Only items that are damaged or defective upon arrival are eligible for exchange.
- The whole kit or all contents will not be exchanged.

- Provide the order number, reason for exchange, and product condition details.

- The support team will guide you through the process and provide return authorization + shipping instructions.

- If a completely damaged or defective product is received, a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) will be provided.
- Return Shipping: 3.1.
- Kitsters covers return shipping costs unless the product was not received during delivery and is returned (RTO).
- In such cases, the customer must pay for re-shipping.
- Refunds: 4.1.
- If a product goes out of stock after ordering, a refund will be issued within 7 working days.

- If the delivery partner is unable to service or deliver the product, a refund will be issued within 7 working days.
